Students will complete a timed 1 mile run/walk each week for a grade.  See attached grading scale.


2, 4, and 6th hours will be in an Interval  Walking unit while 1, 5, 7th hours will be in a Soccer unit.  These hours will switch activities and continue on for another 2 weeks.  Next Two Weeks (9/10 – 9/25) (9/28 – 10/7)

Wednesdays will continue to be fitness days.

Bowling will begin in November and continue until Christmas break.
